support for an eating disorder?does anyone know of any websites or blogs or anything similar where people trying to recover, or people who still have eating disorders, can talk and get support or just make some friends who understand what you're going through.
i dont have health insurance and can no longer see my therapist. i dont have many close friends, sometimes its easier not to binge and purge if you have someone to talk to who actually understands what you're going through... =(

I know exactly how your feeling.
I actually just decided to go through recovery a couple days ago.
If you would like to have someone to talk too, you can email me at karlholub@hotmail.com or add me on facebook.
Just search for Nicole Delaney.
I'd be happy to have a support buddy, and to help you with this.
Just remember that you deserve to be happy just like everyone else, and there is no reason why you should have to give up your life for some stupid disorder.
Hope I Helped.
Xoxo.

There's a website called recover your life http://www.recoveryourlife.com/ which is a website where people with eating disorders, self harm and other problems can talk to other members, give and receive support from like minded people.
I hope this helps you find what you are looking for :)

I have been bulimic for two years now, and I am currently in an outpatient treatment program. You can visit my blog (http://endless-roads.tumblr.com) and ask me any questions or talk to me if you need support. There is also a website called http://www.something-fishy.org, which can be very helpful. I wish you all the best luck!
PS.
Here are some other websites that may be helpful:
